Australian based customers

Exchanges

We offer all Australian based customers free exchanges on incorrect fitting garments, within 30 days of receiving items.

Please include your order number if your email, and what size you would like to exchange for. Leave the rest up to us!

  • We can't guarantee that the size you want to exchange for will be in stock.
  • Underwear cannot be returned for any reason.
  • All products being exchanged must be in unworn / unused condition. We will not exchange items that have been worn.
Refunds

We offer refunds on all items up to 14 days from when you receive the items.

If you believe your items are faulty or damaged, please email us at the above email and we will treat this with the highest priority. Please provide images of the items so we can resolve as soon as possible.

  • All products being returned under change of mind policy must be in unworn / unused condition. We will not accept items that have been worn.
  • If the returned item is eligible for a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, then we will reimburse you for the reasonable postage, shipping or transportation costs for the returned item. We will provide shipping labels as needed.
  • We shall pay all refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

  • Any shipping fees from your original order are not refunded.

 

International customers

For customers outside Australia, we can offer an exchange or refund on items within 45 days of receiving products.

  • We do not cover the costs of shipping returns.
  • Underwear cannot be returned for any reason. 
  • Any duties and taxes are not refunded on international returns.
